Die HP StorageWorks MSL2024 Bandbibliothek ist die ideale Einstiegslösung und vereint die Kapazität und die Funktionen einer umfassenden Bandbibliothek in der kompakten Form eines Tape Autoloaders. Mit den HP StorageWorks LTO-4 Ultrium Bandlaufwerken ergibt sich eine Kapazität von bis zu 38,4 TB (2:1-Komprimierung). So kann die MSL2024 Bandbibliothek die Sicherungs- und Wiederherstellungsaufgaben übernehmen, für die sonst Geräte der mittleren Leistungsklasse benötigt werden. Dank des 2U-Formfaktors bietet die Bandbibliothek eine hohe Speicherkapazität, ohne dabei wertvollen Platz im Rack zu vergeuden. Dank der einzigartigen, webbasierten Managementfunktionen von HP erübrigen sich lokale IT-Ressourcen, da alle Standorte zentral verwaltet werden. Die MSL2024 Bandbibliothek ermöglicht Kunden den Erwerb einer Bibliothek, die mit HP StorageWorks LTO Ultrium Bandlaufwerken (LTO-4 Ultrium 1840, LTO-4 Ultrium 1760, LTO-3 Ultrium 960, LTO-3 Ultrium 920 und LTO-2 Ultrium 448) ausgestattet ist. |
